Ingredients

  • 6 cups frozen mixed berries

  • ½ cup white sugar

  • 1/3 cup all purpose flour

  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

  • Zest of 1 lemon (about 2 tbsp)

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • Pinch of ground ginger (optional)

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Stir until all the berries are coated evenly with the dry ingredients.
  • Use! Fill your pie crust. Make a cobbler! Make crisp!
  • Filling can be made ahead of time and stored in the freezer.

Notes

  • If storing in a freezer, place in an air tight container.
