6 cups frozen mixed berries
½ cup white sugar
1/3 cup all purpose flour
1 tablespoon cornstarch
Zest of 1 lemon (about 2 tbsp)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
Pinch of ground ginger (optional)
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Stir until all the berries are coated evenly with the dry ingredients.

- Filling can be made ahead of time and stored in the freezer.
